By accessing or using Tampa Shine Experts' services or website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms ensure transparency and outline the rights and responsibilities of both the client and Tampa Shine Experts.
We provide professional cleaning services including:
Appointments can be scheduled via our website or by calling 813-703-1335. A payment authorization (lien) is placed on your card at booking. A 30-minute arrival window (+/-) is standard to accommodate real-world factors. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
To modify an existing appointment or request service add-ons (e.g., oven cleaning, inside fridge, windows), you may either call 813-703-1335 at least 24 hours in advance or request modifications at the time of your scheduled cleaning appointment. Add-ons are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
All prices are transparent and available online. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We do not accept cash. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
At the time of booking, a payment authorization (hold) is placed on your card to reserve your spot. This is not a charge but ensures appointment commitment.
If you are unsatisfied with a service, notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address concerns at no additional cost.
Clients must:
Tampa Shine Experts does not retain keys, codes, or entry devices. Clients must be present or provide temporary access on the day of service.
Please allow a 30-minute window before or after your scheduled time. Cleaners will arrive within this timeframe.
Cleaners do not move or rearrange furniture or personal items due to liability risks. If certain areas require cleaning, please clear those spaces in advance.

We use non-toxic products but recommend pets and children remain in a separate space during and after service. Aggressive pets must be secured. Cleaners are not responsible for supervising pets or children.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:
Cleaners may leave a property immediately if they feel unsafe. Service will be marked incomplete, and the client may be billed in full.

Violations will result in immediate service termination and a referral fee of $2,500.
Tampa Shine Experts is insured and bonded. We are not responsible for:

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Clients will be notified of changes via email or website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be handled in Hillsborough County, FL.
